We support families as they prepare for birth and adjust to life with a newborn through personalized doula care, intentional education, and practical postpartum guidance. Our approach blends evidence-based support with holistic care, helping families feel informed, confident, and supported at every stage.

NAEST offers in-person doula services throughout Bluffton, SC and surrounding areas, along with virtual support for families nationwide. Whether it’s preparing for birth, navigating early postpartum, or answering the “is this normal?” questions, we’re here to provide calm guidance when it matters most.

Our work is shaped by professional training, hands-on experience, and a deep respect for each family’s unique journey. We’re proud to have been trained through Balanced Birth and certified by ToLabor, which allows us to support families with knowledge, intention, and care.
