NAEST was created from a place of deep love for mothers and a heartfelt commitment to ensuring no woman walks this journey alone. We believe that pregnancy, birth, and postpartum should be met with care, wisdom, and unwavering support—and that every mother deserves to feel nurtured, empowered, and at peace.

This journey began with Balanced Birth, an incredible organization that provided the foundation for learning, serving, and growing in the birth world. Through their guidance and support, we stepped into the sacred role of holding space for mothers and families during one of the most transformative times in their lives. Our path was further shaped by ToLabor, the doula certification agency that equipped us with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to support families holistically and with intention.

What started as a calling has grown into a sanctuary of support, a place where women can come to feel seen, heard, and held. Through personalized doula care, birth preparation, and postpartum support, we are honored to walk alongside mothers—whether it's through gentle encouragement in the delivery room, guiding hands in the early postpartum days, or quiet reassurance in moments of uncertainty.
